Furniture Painting

Well, I didn't do a great job taking great "before" pictures...so make do with the one below. Just look up to the top right-hand corner for a little peek of what the "before" toddler bed looked like.

We now have it in the nursery and Dexter has successfully slept in it since Wednesday. He fell out a few times (those rails on the side aren't as high as you would think after the mattress is in!), but after strategic placement of pillows, he has been safe and secure ever since. I am actually really, really, really excited this transition has gone well. Not everything in Dexter's young life has gone as smoothly...

Once we have his new room set up (we're kicking him out of the nursery before July) I'll take a final, after pic in its full glory.
