Christ the Lord is Risen Today!

Ok, KSBJ, you just don't have what this old-school Episcopal church raised girl wants on Easter Sunday.  Your choruses are catchy, but they just don't move me like this favorite hymn does.  I watched a video of a choir singing this on youtube this morning and actually teared up.  I remember singing this every Easter at St. Andrews' while I was in the choir.  Great memories and an even greater hymn.  If you haven't ever stood in a church with a crowd of people singing this, it may seem hokey, but I just love it.  The video is so old - I think they recorded it from an old VHS tape.  Oh yea!
