House for Sale

Ok, I am obsessed with HAR.  Here is a new listing in our neighborhood (homes RARELY come up here).  They have it listed under "lease" but it is also for sale. Check it out.  It has hard wood floors - yea!  The rest of it needs some updating, but with some paint and new appliances it could be a great investment.  One house a street over is going for $200,000 and has similar specs but has laminate floors.
