Date Night

Saturday, May 21

Sander and I haven't been on many dates lately.  We have been so busy with the house and house projects for the past while, the thought of getting dressed up, finding and paying a babysitter, and going out was just more effort than it was worth.  But...you know how it goes, once you do, it is totally worth it!

Here we are in front of North America's largest swimming pool.  It may not look that big to you as about half of it is over to the left of the shot.  Two boats were on the pool while we were there!

We went to a fabulous fundraiser for a wonderful ministry called Bridges International.  It is incredible the difference this ministry is making in Houston, the 3nd most culturally diverse city in America.  Well, they say that there are actually more nationalities represented in Houston than there are in NY or LA, but there are just more people from a few less countries in those cities.

This was me a few weeks ago for a "belly pic".  I should have put my hand on the belly so you could see the scale better.  Oh well.  32 weeks tomorrow...this baby is a coming soon!
